Every wedding day is uniquely beautiful, and as a wedding photographer, I’ve seen it all. Sometimes it’s because of the breathtaking venue and other times because of the personality-packed celebration the bride and groom planned. One thing that ensures an unforgettable wedding day is your vendor team. Dreaming of a romantic rooftop wedding? Having the right vendors can make your vision truly come to life. From the flowers to the cake, every little detail is something you’ll want to be perfected.
When WedKc reached out to me with this rooftop wedding editorial, I was beyond floored at the vendor lineup. “YES!” was the only answer that came to mind.
The bride was radiant from the moment she arrived, but the way Hello Lovely worked their magic made her downright jaw-dropping. I especially loved the simple but elegant updo. It seemed to match the vibe of this rooftop wedding perfectly.
And when our model Brittany slipped into the elegant Mimi’s Couture Bridals gown to complete the look, we were all floored. This gown paired next to our groom’s mauve suit took the entire look up so many levels. Anne-Marie Designs nailed this vision with timeless earrings that pulled together the sophisticated look.
Three Points venue has one of the most incredible views of the Kansas City skyline. Whether you’re glimpsing the city from the bar inside, or stepping out to the rooftop, the view is simply incredible.
From the ceremony arch to the entire tablescape, the artistry on display was incredible. What sets Silk Bloom Co. apart from other florists in Kansas City? All of their florals are silk! Silk florals are not only cost-effective but also eliminate waste! Everyone loves an eco-friendly wedding!
WedKc really did think of it all, right down to the details of the table and invitation suite. YellowBrick Graphics is one of Kansas City’s own and has such a talent for bringing authentic expressions to couples’ details. The flat lay for the invitation suite tied in all the details of the tablescape with rentals from Supply Event Rental. The cake created by Andrea’s Sweet Occasions paired with the food Three Points served up, filled the entire venue with the most delectable smell.
But we couldn’t help but bop around Kansas City’s perfect wedding photo location. The Kauffman Center is one of the most popular locations for wedding day portraits. It’s easy to see why! A modern and timeless backdrop for your downtown wedding is an absolute must. The Kauffman is just a short walk away from the Three Points rooftop wedding venue!
The work of talented vendors can turn a heartfelt celebration into one that’s impossible to forget, and that’s definitely what happened with this editorial. I am so impressed that they were able to find so many amazing artists to help Kansas City couples’ wedding visions to life, and I’m beyond grateful I was invited to document it all! Be sure to check out Davinishi Visuals for the incredible video they created as well!
Planning a wedding day celebration with any of these amazing vendors? You better believe I’d love the chance to work with them again! Say hello, so we can get your wedding day on my calendar!
