I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer who was raised in the musical city of Nashville, TN. I have been traveling the world for the past ten years but our roots have been placed in Kansas City for the last few. I am a lover of natural light, the way it glitters on the water and the way it makes a bride glow on her wedding day. I am married to my best friend and am a mother to the most amazing little girls who constantly inspire me.I love to travel, but most of the time you can find me at our local park with my daughters, husband, and dogs. The power of print is extremely important to me, which is why my entire house is filled with albums, canvases, and frames that I show my daughters every day.

My pronouns are she/her, and I am an ally for the LGBTQ+ community. With years of experience photographing couples and families, I love to personalize each session to ensure that we are documenting the memories that you will want to relive for generations to come.

While I've been photographing weddings for a decade, I do enjoy quiet time not partying. Typically I spend my off time playing board games, hiking with my family, performing aerial silks, reading a ton of fantasy, people watching, and traveling around the world.

I've also grown fond of gardening in the recent years, and my neighbors love when we deliver fresh herbs.

When i'm not photographing weddings

Anywhere with a beach! We used to live overseas on a small tropical island, so I feel a bit like Moana when I say the ocean is always calling to me. The light, the waves, it's all inspirational, connective, and calms my heart. We may not have many beaches in the Midwest, but you better believe we spend a lot of time at the lake!

Ask me about where I lived and you'll be in for a wild story!

favorite destination spot

Matt and I were great friends in high school, and after graduation we took a leap and married each other at 18. From there we moved 2,000 miles away to San Diego! Since then we've traveled all over the world doing the crazy adventurous things you're suppose to when you're young. Finally, we settled down in Kansas City where we have two daughters two cats, and two dogs.

My little love story

The little moments in between. While I have a decade of experience and will spend time guiding you two into natural poses, I've found that the moments in between are my favorite. They're the ones I look for. The laughs after you crack a joke, the little hand kisses your partner gives you that no one else sees. Those are the moments that keep me in wedding photography.
